07/12/2011 		Russell and Simon came to replace my old boiler. They found problem after problem left by the last plumber, but stoically persevered, for nearly five days, to put it all back in good working order. Cannot recommend Russell highly enough. Good old South African work ethic, and determination to get to the root of the problem. Punctual, available on the phone, efficient, doesn't overcharge, and generally couldn't find a better man for the job. If you need a plumber, call Russell Haskins

03/05/2011 		The plumbing in my house is old, eccentric and unpredictable (a bit like its owner). Russell coped with these peculiarities with sangfroid and humour, replacing taps very neatly and professionally in areas where access was difficult, carpentry skills were required, not to mention brute strength in moving a heavy cast iron bath. Reliable, quick, good value for money - highly recommended.

22/12/2010 		After my boiler broke down I tried many plumbers in the area and some wouldnt answer, some wouldnt help and one wrongly diagnosed the problem. I spoke with Russell on Saturday afternoon who said hed be with me on 830 Monday. He was. He worked all day to finish the job. If you want a job doing and want it doing well then call him. Honest and reliable

05/10/2010 		Russell did a good job for me and I would recommend him without reservation. He answered the phone, warned me off in good time when he had to re-arrange our appointment and then provided a quote for my work quickly after an initial visit. In the end he did a very clever piece of plumbing that gave me a very neat solution for what I needed done even though that reduced the work required and the final fee. Good work.

10/09/2010 		Russell answered his phone on a Sunday morning and spent some time talking me through the problem and gave a good estimate in terms of costs and amount of work required.   He turned up as scheduled and diagnosed the problem and sought to fix it in an efficient manner.  I will defintiely be using him again and highly recommend him.

31/03/2010 		Russell is great - he answers the phone, he arrived when he said he would and called when he couldn't, he told me what was wrong with my boiler, gave me options and did what I asked him to do, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need (although admittedly I might need a new boiler), he tidied up afterwards and was very reasonable in his fees. He's a really nice guy who seems to run a professional business and I would recommend him to everyone.

18/03/2010 		Russell’s just finished replacing our boiler and sorting out a gas leak, and we are absolutely delighted with the work he’s done. Hassle free, on time and schedule (despite quite a few unforeseen setbacks with our old gas pipes which could have easily taken far longer to sort out), always reachable on mobile and email, and with very competitive prices. We are looking to replace our bathroom and kitchen soon and will definitely be calling Russell again. He gets our full recommendation.

10/01/2010 		I read about Russell on the Putney SW15 website, emailed him and got a positive response even though it was over the Christmas holiday.  He disgnosed the problem with my heating and replaced the pump quickly and efficiently.  Perhaps best of all he is a good communicator and lets you know of possible delays to scheduled arrival times.

Honest and Smart Plumber

13/10/2009 		I can't say enough about Russell. He is the plumber you've been looking for all these years. He is honest and smart with his problem solving approach. When I called Russell, he asked me to described my plumbing problem and deduced what the problem might be. He arrived at my house at the time he said he would with tools and parts in hand. It is very rare for plumbers to come prepared on their first visit. The problem wasn't what I thought it was and he suspected that immediately after seeing the layout of my house. He was efficient, very corteous, explained the problem and the solution very well and his rates were reasonable.  I fully recommend him.

I asked him to replace my boiler and in all aspects of the work he was courteous, professional, efficient and represented excellent value for money. He understood what I needed for my property and gave me sound advice. The job itself was undertaken efficiently, within the timeframe promised and he and his team were also very neat and tidy! 03/07/2009 		I called Russell after reading the feedback on this site. He serviced my boiler and dealt with two leaks,  one which I hadn't been aware of, which could have caused significant problems. I found him excellent to deal with, he provided me with updates when we had to wait for some parts and stayed late to finish off the job. Great service, very realistically priced.

His recommendations on a new boiler and megaflow system were great and him and his team worked really long hours to ensure the new system was fitted in 2 days. Clean and tidy as well. New bath and shower fitted

He was the quickest to respond with a quote, provided the most competitive quote and showed a genuine interest in our work. Want a good plumber - look no further

07/03/2009 		After failing to fix a leaking shower ourselves we were advised by Megaflow that a valve possibly needed replacing and the callout charge alone for their recommended plumber was somewhat eye-watering.  I decided to put my faith in recommendations from this website and am so glad I did.  Russell is everything the feedback says he is.  He was round within half an hour of our call just to do an estimate, but managed to fix our shower there and then.  Checked out the megaflow which was OK in the end.  Russell was very thorough, very reasonably priced and very reliable.  I would have no hesitation in recommending him and am very happy to now have the number of a fantastic plumber.
