Butchers : meats and poultry including free range.  Seasonal game. Homemade sausages, burgers and marinated meats.

26/05/2009 		Chris was inspirational with his advice for cooking for 10 to celebrate my mothers 80th - the most tender butterflied leg of lamb was marinated for me and cooked on the BBQ - so simple so tasty everyone loved it.
P.S. The cow is still there!! I hear she is called Buttercup and the kids can even try milking her!

Great local butcher

22/05/2009 		Buckley's is a real treasure for our local community.  Highly supportive of local schools and community events, they also provide fantastic meat and inspiration for the cooks amongst us.  Friendly, professional and very high quality, traceable food - who could ask for me.   Shame the cow had to go, though.
