I have been a joiner for over twenty years and I cover the whole London area. I'm a specialist in fitted furniture: wardrobes, alcove units, bookcases, cabinets for home cinema, hi-fi and computers, office desks and shelving, home offices, display cabinets, kitchen units, radiator covers, built-in shelving, free-standing units and more.

All furniture is individually made in my work shop, fitted in your home by me, and is left ready for decorating.
Great sliding wardrobes

Beautiful carpentry

03/09/2009 		Peter fitted alcove units, shelving units and wardrobes into every alcove of our house and we're so pleased with them.  Peter was really helpful when he came round to measure up and quote for us, suggesting the best way to use the spaces when we weren't sure.  He arrived when he said he would, having built as much as he could in his workshop, minimising the time he spent in the house - and has left us with beautiful fitted furniture.

Alcove Units

Great Alcove Unit

Neat and professional

27/01/2009 		Peter did a great job in building an alcove cupboard and shelves to match an existing one. He turned up on time to quote, did the job when he said he would and for the agreed fee. I quite happily left him alone in the house and when I got back, the work was completed and he had tidied up very well after himself. Friendly, professional, and a hard-working perfectionist. He was accommodating and flexible, in coming to discuss the work we wanted to have done, which he did thoroughly, listening and explaining potential problems and solutions. He prepared the quotation promptly and made up the bookcases off site (for 3 walls of a room and a radiator cover). He fitted the bookcases in a single day, arriving on time, keeping everything tidy through the day and tidying up at the end. And it looks brilliant. I hope Peter is always available for our carpentry needs in the future and not too in demand as people realise how good he is.

Excellent bookshelves and cupboards

14/09/2008 		We had no hesitation using Peter Wall when we moved house earlier this year: he had already fitted bookshelves and cupboards in our old house - they were beautifully done and helped with selling the house. Peter came and estimated this time even before we moved in. He started work early and finished exactly when he said he would. The shelves and cupboards again inventive and attractive in their spaces: we were delighted with Peter's work.

Lovely bookcases in bay and alcove

Quality, timely serevice

18/08/2008 		We've recently used two different services to create different fitted units.  Peter was easily the most timely and professional, delivering an excellent consultancy based service which produced an outstanding result. He designed the most appropriate units for the space and built and installed them exactly to specifications.  Furthermore we had no teething issues and couldn't be more happy.  Peter also made an intro to an excellent painter and decorator who painted these MDF units.  I'd happily recommend Peter again and again.

Absolutely professional from start to fi
18/08/2007 I found Peter's contact details through www.putneysw15.com and then looked at his website www.fittedfurnitureuk.com and asked him for an estimate.   He was absolutely professional from start to finish.  He gave me a rough estimate of price from the measurements of the cupboard units, and a precise quotation when he came round to measure up.   He builds the cupboards off site, and therefore only needs a day to fit them.  The result was fantastic, and they have revolutionised the space in my flat.   He arrived when he said he would, charged what he quoted, and people who know more than I do have said what excellent quality they are.   I contrast this with the experience of friends in SE London, who have had a similar job done by someone else but  experienced 3 weeks of building misery and stone dust.  I recommend him and his work 100%, and would go back to him anytime for any other work

09/06/2007 Peter built shelves on either side of the fireplace in the drawing rooom. I was delighted with the work. It was a beautiful job, completed on time and beautifully finished. The decorators commented on how good the finish was and how much easier it made their job.
