Anxious? Depressed? Stressed? We are a team of local volunteers skilled at listening to others. We offer a confidential ear to those seeking self-help - particularly for anxiety and depression. We are trained in mental health first aid, work with local GPs and offer information on a wide range of activities, self-help organisations and 'books on prescription'. Just drop in and see us on Wednesday evening. between 6-8pm at Putney Library, Disraeli Rd.

Are you available Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays, 3.45-6.30pm during term-time? 

We run Doorstep Libraries on estates in Hammersmith&Fulham.

Volunteers pay weekly visits to low-income families to read stories to children in their homes/ on their doorsteps, and bring a choice of books to lend for the week.
We also act to befriend parents/ carers, offering a listening ear and signposting suitable local services where appropriate.

The hospital treats sick and injured wildlife and animals that do not have an owner; including animals brought in by RSPCA Inspectors.
